APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The restore of an individual object from media created using
parallel save format failed.  The tape drives used were marked
damaged and MSGCPF3734, MSGMCH1668 and MSGCPF8105 were issued.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA40021 :
-----------------------------
The system may fail to restore objects which were saved in
parallel format if a starting position is specified on the
restore operation.  The system code has been changed to
correctly process the starting position.
