APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When a save terminates due to unmarked object damage  MSGCPF3795
may not indicate the correct object and return code.  The
correct object will be marked damaged by the LIC code, but it is
difficult for the user to determine which object caused the save
failure.  In addition, MSGCPF3795 may include RCC4C8 rather than
RCC5CD and the save operation may be delayed 30 minutes before
control is returned to the issuer of the save request.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA38702' :

The LIC code has been changed so it is more likely that
detection of unmarked damage will result in MSGCPF3795
indicating the correct object and control will be returned to
the user more quickly after the error is detected
