Troubleshooting
Problem
When a custom action was defined in system.xml to Cognos Connection object the following error is displayed.
Symptom
PRS-TRS-0902
The "XSLT" transform instruction encountered an error while processing the source at location "portal/cc/gen_page.xslt".
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException : java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: SJIS
