Problem
The proxy settings are correctly configured in the Windows operating system, but connection fails with HTTP 407.
How to perform proxy setting for the IBM Engineering Workflow Management MS-SCCI client
Symptom
Verbose trace from the shell client reports that it is unable to tunnel through the proxy. The proxy returns a HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required message.
