Troubleshooting


Problem

Calls that leverage ProcessEngineWS are failing with error
SRVE0014E: Uncaught service() exception root cause ProcessEngineWSServlet: javax.servlet.ServletException: https is forbidden
Alternatively, the exception might be:
javax.servlet.ServletException: http is forbidden

Symptom

After Content Platform Engine upgrade, WSInvokeOperation calls fail with error stack like:
2022/09/13 16:41:31.002-0400 CMDp.f_s2513 PEPrimary2 DB=PEDB [Trace] CM, AxisCall invokeSOAPViaSAAJ responseBody.toString=<soapenv:Body xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><GetAttachmentInfoResponse xmlns="urn:ici-solutions:kwikwork"><GetAttachmentInfoResult>&lt;GetAttachmentInfo&gt;&lt;exception&gt;&lt;message&gt;Client found response content type of 'text/html;charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:
Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletException: https is forbidden
.&lt;/message&gt;&lt;stacktrace&gt; at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)
