About this task

To use the Customer Portal follow these steps.

Procedure

  1. Log on to Sterling TMS using theaccount number user name and password that you received from your Sterling TMS shipper. TheCustomer Portal opens.

  2. Search for the shipments you want to view. For exampleyou can find all shipments being delivered on a specific day to yourdistribution center.
  3. Review the shipment data that is displayed in the CustomerPortal table.
  4. To print a shipment record click Print Detail:
    • The Order Print Detail document opens in a separate browser window.
    • Click Print This and then close the browserwindow.
  5. To view order-level details double-click in the OrderNumber or PO Number entries ofa shipment. The Order Detail page opens and displays the quantityweight description and other information about each item in theshipment.
  6. Repeat Steps 2 to 5 to view and print other shipments thatare being delivered to your company.
  7. When you are done click the Logout linkat the top of the Sterling TMS window.
