Process stuck in Sterling Connect:Direct for Windows EX queue due to remote error

Troubleshooting


Problem

A PNODE Delete/Flush Process command does not delete an executing PNODE process until the process' SNODE Run Task step completes.

Symptom

Sterling Connect:Direct for Windows can not flush a process on a PNODE if the process is hung on the SNODE.
