Process for Defining the Organization Profile
Procedure
To define the organization profile follow these steps:
- Click Edit Account > Step 1: Profile.The Set Up Organization page opens.
- Select Organization Profile andclick View/Set Up. The Organization Profilepage opens.
- Enter or update the address for your corporate headquarters.
- Select a locale and organization currency. The locale controlswhich language is used to display certain system features in Sterling TMS.
- Enter your insurance policies. Sterling TMS shippers canview the insurance information for the carriers they do business with.
- Optional: Define the tax identification numbersyour organization uses. These numbers are used during freight paymentprocessing.
- When you are done click Save tosave your profile changes.
