Process application deployment for IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) fails with a "com.ibm.bpm.fds.common.FDSException: Failed to process contribution dependency" error

Troubleshooting


Problem

After you remove a toolkit reference from a process application in IBM Process Designer, the deployment of the process application fails with error processing contribution dependency.

Symptom

You see an error stack in systemout.log file that is similar to the following text:
