Troubleshooting
Problem
Customer is running a job to make the directories for /usr, then lpp and finally ING42. The final step is the mount the ZFS file and the job fails.
Resolving The Problem
The first two make directories failed with RC 75 reason code 05520038 which is ok as the reason code indicates the directory is already defined. The ING42 make directory failed with RC 75 reason code 05520288 which says: The name specified in the request is already in use.
Suggested the customer logon to TSO, go to option 3.17 - for UDList and see if ING42 is there. The customer found that ING42 was defined as a file which he deleted and then he reran the job which completed successfully.
