Troubleshooting
Problem
The 'Facts and Dimensions' framework generation is failing with errors after configuring new object type dimensions (OTDs).
Symptom
In the OpenPages UI, the reporting framework status returns with:
Status: Completed with Errors
Percent Complete: 100
On the reporting server, the script-player.log which is typically found in: .. | OpenPages | CommandCenter | framework | logs, generates a message similar to the following:
Transaction: 23091
Action: UpdateObject
UpdateObject successful, continuing...
Action: Create
Create successful, continuing...
Action: Modify
BMT-MD-0012 Another object of type 'hierarchy' already exists with the name 'INCIDENT' under the same parent. Please choose a unique name.
Action: Modify
Action: Modify failed, skipping...
Reason: BME-SP-0023 Invalid property handle ID: /O/name[0]/O/[DEFAULT_DIM].[INCIDENT].[INCIDENT].[New Hierarchy(All)]
Error: >>>>Input arguments>>>>
Transaction: 23091 failed, stopping...
Check messages to determine which errors occurred.
