Problems with DataStage Parallel Engine Transformer stages which use Looping with multiple output links

Problem

Information Server 8.7 introduced new looping functionality into the Parallel Engine Transformer stage. Several recent customer issues have uncovered problems in the looping feature which affect IS 8.7 and IS 9.1.

Symptom

· Jobs can output records to the wrong output link.
· Jobs may fail with the following error message:

Message Id: IIS-DSEE-TUXX-00002

Message: tfm_create_offsetting,0: Internal Error: (xfer_->initialFixRunLength_f == initialFixRunLength):./../include/apt_internal/api/transfer_rep.h: 772: Buffer and schema variable padding do not match. Data corruption will occur.
