Problem
Customer is receiving XML data from partners in many different countries. They have tried using Free Format fields and also tried adding Syntax Tokens in the map but were still encountering issues with special characters.
Symptom
Files containing special characters such as ñ, è, é, ä, ë, à etc. appear with ? after the translation service.
