Troubleshooting
Problem
In Cognos Connection, users are able to view entries that have been selected as hidden by an administrator simply by going to My Preferences and choosing the option "View hidden entries". This presents a problem as they may have been hidden in order to prevent users from ever accessing these entries.
Symptom
The capabilities have not been appropriately set.
