Summary
Presentation changes are defined in both /opt/IBM/SMP/maximo/tools/maximo/en/<industry solution directory>/V9200_01.mxs and /opt/IBM/SMP/maximo/tools/maximo/en/<industry solution directory>/presentation.mxs. When a feature channel is applied, updatedb executes V9200_01.mxs.
However, if subsequent changes are made to this file for other feature channels, updatedb will not re-run it, causing the presentation to become outdated.
Steps
Currently presentation.mxs doesn't run automatically but can be applied manually following the steps below.
- In the openshift cluster, access Manage namespace
- In the manage-maxinst pod, use the Terminal to access /opt/IBM/SMP/maximo/tools/maximo/internal
- Use runscriptfile.sh to run presentation.mxs: ./runscriptfile.sh -c<directory> -f<file>
e.g:
./runscriptfile.sh -cserviceprovider -fpresentation - Restart the manage-all/ui deployment
