Post-Scan Engine dialog box prompt when using IBM FileNet Capture

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to run DocProcessing on a batch or a Settings Collection result in a dialog box prompt when using IBM FileNet Capture. Note that the Capture installation did not have the DocProcessing option selected.

Symptom

The dialog box prompt shows:

The currently selected "Post-Scan Engine" is unable to perform image processing. Please select a correct "Post-Scan Engine" using the KSM (32-bit) in the control panel and try again
