Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to start IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer or Rational Application Developer for WebSphere Software results in the error "Unable to read workbench state, workbench UI layout will be reset."
Symptom
After clicking OK to the error message, you may see an additional error as well:
Unable to recreate perspective, reason: unable to create perspective.
