POs with Received and Returned Items/Services Cannot be Canceled

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempts to cancel a PO which has items/services that have been received and subsequently returned, cannot have its status set to CAN.

Symptom

Message - Could not change status for PO xxxx to CAN.; Items have already been received for this Purchase Order.
