Problem
Login IBM Content Navigator reproduce error:"The application is not configured correctly", but all desktops can still logon and process properly
Symptom
1. Logon ICN still get the error message. But all desktops can still logon and process properly.
2. Disable all plugin, reload ICN (any desktop) still get the error message.
3. Enable IBM Enterprise Records plugin.
4. Restart JVM, the ICN error will occur again.

Resolving The Problem
Method 1. Clear the table CONFIGURATION in ICN configuration database and create it again with default value in ORACLE_ONE_SCRIPT.sql. After that, the error is gone and ICN is working properly.
Method 2.Tried to clear all WebSphere cache and the warning is gone again.
rm -rf /opt/WebSphere85/profiles/appprofile/temp/*
