Troubleshooting
Problem
Unable to connect to a TM1 server from Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and the error message "ConnectTimeoutException" appears.
Symptom
A connection could not be established from PAW to the TM1 server model however the same TM1 server model was accessible via Architect.
The sample TM1 server models (i.e. 24retail, Planning Sample etc) connect fine from PAW.
