After windows updates install on Access Agent Windows client, Access Agent fails to work with the following behavior:

The program can't start because VCOMP120.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Resolving The Problem
This problem will get resolved by either installing the Microsoft Update for
Visual C++ 2013 and Visual C++ Redistributable Package:
VCOMP120.DLL is included as part of that install patch from Microsoft, OR by re-installing the Access Agent on the client.
