PI89036 causes native_stdout to fill up with repeating debug timestamps
WAS ND 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199 on Windows
After updating to WAS 188.8.131.52 or 184.108.40.206, PI89036 results in continual
debug timestamps generated to native_stdout:
followed by a series of timestamps every 15 seconds:

native_stdout.log on Windows fills up with repeating debug timestamps when
PMI is invoked to collect CPU statistics
Over a period of time, native_stdout.log on Windows fills up with
repeating debug timestamps when PMI is invoked to collect CPU
statistics. This was caused due to a fix for PI89036 which failed
to check for debug mode prior to writing out some timestamps in
the log file.
The code was updated to check for debug mode prior to writing out
timestamps to native_stdout.log.
The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168. For more information, see 'Recommended
