Since the archive may contain data for more than one legalentity access to the invoice data in the archive is restricted basedon permissions. User permissions ensure the security of the dataand determine who can view what invoices.
Permissions control the following:
- Legal entities that a user may access.
- Functions that a user can perform on the invoices.
