Troubleshooting
Problem
User launches Controller, and runs a consolidation (e.g. "Consolidation by Status"). Depending on the system configuration (e.g. if the batch queue is enabled/disabled) either: * User receives error message on the screen * or user opens 'batch queue' and sees error message. NOTE: Only the consolidations fail - all/almost-all other functionality inside Controller works OK.
