Perimeter Server is not connecting to Secure Proxy
Symptom
Perimeter Server is not connecting to Secure Proxy
The problem is that the PS server can not connect back to the server at xxx.xxx.xxx:9997
Error MessagePSlogger.log on external perimeter server shows:
ERROR Connection connect[0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:9997=>/xxx.xxx.xxx:9997] closed due to CloseCode.COULD_NOT_CONNECT where xxx.xxx.xxx:9997 is the ip of the Proxy Server
