Problem
When you install IBM® Cognos® TM1® version 10.2, if you install only the TM1® clients, TM1 Perspectives does not run.
Symptom
The error message of "Run-time error '429': Active X component can't create object" is displayed and TM1 Perspectives does not start displays.
