Problem
The Storage Virtualize systems (IBM Storage FlashSystem and IBM SAN Volume Controller) will have performance collection failing post December 31st 2024 midnight. Performance Monitoring status will be failed or "Running with Problems" and below errors can be seen in Performance Monitor logs:
HWNPM4302E New performance data is not yet available for the device. Statistics with time stamps later than could not be found.
HWNPM2103W Agent x.x.x.x is non-operational. Attempting to find an alternative agent.
All other type of Storage Systems and SAN Switches are not impacted.
Impact:
Performance data on IBM Spectrum Control is not available for any of IBM Storage Virtualize system after December 31st 2024. There will be a gap in performance data monitoring till the fix is deployed.
