PDF does not work in Standard Reports when using Foxit reader

Troubleshooting


Problem

User runs a standard report. By default, this shows the HTML version. This appears OK. User then changes the 'Select Format' setting to XLS (or XLSX). Again, this displays/appears OK. User then changes the report to display PDF. The report does not show. Instead, a white/blank screen appears.

Symptom

After changing the 'Select Format' setting to PDF:
