Problem
Trying to create new branches and perform merges using The Rational Team Concert Toolkit and Gitlab the RTC-Toolkit/server/hooks/ValidatePush.js script is gives an error: "Path 'undefined'does not exist"
Symptom
Trying to create new branches in the Rational Team Concert WebUI an error is seen:
"Path 'undefined'does not exist".
A new branch can be created using command line eg. git checkout -b testbranch.
