When you log in to Sterling InFlight Data Management through IBM? SterlingCustomer Center youenter your e-mail address and a password.
Password Requirements
Password requirements in Sterling InFlight Data Management providefor increased security. A Sterling InFlight Data Management passwordrequires:
- At least six characters
- No email addresses
- Cannot have three or more occurrences of the same character
- Must contain at least one number and one character
- May contain special characters and punctuation
- Password cannot be repeated over time
Forgotten password
Ifyou forget your Sterling InFlightData Management password your password can be e-mailed to youby IBM CustomerSupport. When you gain access to Sterling InFlight Data Management againyou need to update your password within 30 minutes of accessing thesystem. If 30 minutes have elapsed without a password update youraccount will time out.
Similarly after sixunsuccessful login attempts your user ID will be locked out andyou will need to contact IBM CustomerSupport for access.
