Problem
How to enable bsub retry feature when network or system is not stable?
Symptom
Because of network or system issue, when doing bsub, you got error " ...(system or lib error)..., Job not submitted."
Cause
Network or system is not stable.
Resolving The Problem
From LSF8.3, the following three parameters enable bsub retry functions in different places and different stages:
LSF_LIM_API_NTRIES
LSB_NTRIES
LSB_BSUB_ERR_RETRY
