Problem

Unable to run a report in IWR. The report runs as expected in Impromptu client. Error Message - Page generation error while preparing a page based on template: iwr_modifyprompts.utml. The content request 'DescribeNewsItem' has failed. The Cognos BI provider (IWR) failed with these messages: Failure occurred while executing prompt job for report D:\Cognos\Report Store\Operations\apps\ReportName.imr. Reason: D:\Cognos\Report Store\Operations\apps\ReportName.imr. Reason Error: 0, Generic; Process ID: 6536; Thread: 6504; Host: Servername; Text: Unexpected Error. Please contact your System Administrator.
