In the Technical Information section, the internal speed for the 8640-2D0 and 8640-3D0 are corrected to 133MHz.
The IBM PC Server 320 provides 32MB of ECC-on-SIMM memory as a standard feature for high-availability applications.
ECC-on-SIMM memory virtually eliminates LAN disruption caused by memory errors.
32MB of ECC-on-SIMM system memory now standard on new 100MHz and 133MHz symmetrical multiprocessor (SMP)-capable PC Server 320 models available in non-array and array configurations.
These new ECC models are ideal for LAN environments that rely on high amounts of system memory where occasional system reboot, caused by intermittent memory errors picked up through parity memory SIMMs, is unacceptable. ECC-on-SIMM memory virtually eliminates this problem by automatically detecting and correcting single-bit memory errors on the "fly" without disruption
to your LAN operations.

Limitations
PC Server 320 supports a maximum of 256MB of ECC-on-SIMM memory. All supported system memory is addressable through direct memory access (DMA). Maximum system memory can be achieved in all models by using 32MB SIMMs in each of the eight memory SIMM sockets. All memory SIMMs must be installed in matched pairs. Refer to the Compatibility section for supported ECC-on-SIMM memory options.
