Overview of Level Of Service

As an enterprise administrator you can define the levelof service for an enterprise. After you define the enterprise'slevels of service set up notification periods at the node level forthe enterprise's different levels of service. You can set updifferent levels of service within each notification period whichindicates specific days and times that a node receives notificationof orders for shipping.

The Level Of Service isused by a Field Sales Representative in Sterling Field Sales. By default Standard and Premium arethe two level of services which are available.
