Features and specifications
Processor
  • Xeon 1.60 GHz, 1.86 GHz Dual-Core or 2.0 GHz Quad-Core processors with 4, 6, and 12 MB of L2 cache, respectively.
  • The front side bus speed (FSB) is 1066 MHz for Dual-Core processors, and 1333 MHz for Quad-Core Xeon processors
Memory
  • One or two GB of PC2-5300 DDR2 667 MHz ECC DIMMs are standard
  • Supports a maximum of 24 GB of system memory by using a 4 GB DIMM in each of the six DIMM slots.
  • All supported system memory is addressable through direct memory access.
  • The server supports 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, and 4 GB PC2-5300 ECC RDIMMs.
Hard drive (HD)
  • SATA/SAS host controllers
  • Up to six hot-swap SATA hard drives, or six swap SAS hard drives

  • Optional 600-watt power supply upgrade for high-availability redundant requirements

  • One serial port, six USB ports, two Ethernet RJ-45 ports, one systems management RJ-45 connector for remote connection to the BMC, one internal SAS connector, one video port, one keyboard, and one mouse port
