Overview
IBM has transferred the IBM Ethernet Switch J48E (machine type 4273) and options from the Systems and Technology division, Storage Systems to IBM System x and updated the warranty on the switch from one year to three years. Any existing customers that have purchased this switch will be upgraded to the three-year warranty at no charge.
This switch is designated as customer setup.
