Problem
Customer can experience a Brocade bug in which a Brocade switch (32G, Gen6) can be receiving frames in order...but sending them to their destination out of order.
For example, the host was expecting frames in order with sequence count ascending starting at 0 (for example 0, 1, 2, 3). However, the trace showed frames being received by the host out of order (for example 0,2,1,3).

Symptom: Out-of-order frames experienced on end devices, even in a non-long distance environment.
Condition: After a switch reboot or slot power cycle, with high traffic.
Recovery: Power cycle the core blades, one at a time.

We also experienced issue with a fixed-port switch which does not have core blades. In that case, the switches had to be upgraded to 8.2.1b and then rebooted to fix issue.
