Out-Of-Memory Errors caused by native memory growth in JNI component

Troubleshooting


Problem

IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) applications become unavailable due to the Out-Of-Memory error (OOME). The applications run without any issue for about a week or two then the error occurs. Server restart resolves the problem temporarily. The issue seems to occur every 1-2 weeks.
