Problem
Symptom Installing Warp Server 4.0 on a system with more than one SCSI CDROM may produce Sys 3175 errors in querycd.dll. Solution There are two workarounds: 1. Remove additional SCSI CDROMs and then install Warp Server.
Resolving The Problem
Symptom
Installing Warp Server 4.0 on a system with more than one SCSI CDROM may produce Sys 3175 errors in querycd.dll.
Solution
There are two workarounds:
1. Remove additional SCSI CDROMs and then install Warp Server. After the installation is complete, reinstall the second CDROM.
2. Install Warp Server without altering the system configuration. However, do not install Multimedia support. Use selective install at a later time to install Multimedia, if desired.
Note:
APAR pj24628 is open to resolve this issue, currently it describes the above workaround.
