Problem

OS Boot failed. Stops on a step which failed in reading Kernel and initrd.

Resolving The Problem

After provisioning, the node boot fails loading kernel and initrd.

This issue is caused by Syslinux version can not support some hardware.

You can use the following method to resolve this:
  1. Download the newest version Syslinux from the following address:

    http://w ww.kernel.org/pub/linux/utils/boot/syslinux/RPMS/x86_64/
  2. Backup pxelinux.0 and menu.c32 files.
  3. Replace pxelinux.0 and menu.c32 on the head node with the newest version which are in the Syslinux distribution.

    - head node: /tftpboot/kusu/pxelinux.0
    - head node: /tftpboot/kusu/menu.c32
