Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator launches "Controller Configuration" and opens "Database Connections". Administrator chooses database and clicks "Check" (green tick). This succeeds. Afterwards, administrator clicks "run" (play) button to open "Database Conversion Utility". Administrator clicks "Connect". An error appears.
Symptom
** ERROR: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12514, TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor
