Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrator launches "Controller Configuration" and selects database connection. Administrator clicks 'tick' (check) box - the expected "Connection succeeded" message appears. Administrator then clicks on the 'play' button, which launches "Database Conversion". Administrator browses to UDL file, and then clicks 'Connect'. An error appears.
Symptom
The error may vary depending on the environment:
Example #1:

** ERROR: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Example #2:
