Optimizing PMR Closure handling

To all our customers:
we would like to inform you about a new general process change in PMR closure handling.
In order to prioritize work and save both our customers and IBM Support valuable time, IBM is implementing a new PMR closure policy.
From now on, when the IBM Support team is confident that the solution that we have provided resolves the issue that you have reported, we will close the PMR without requiring customer confirmation.
If you have further questions or concerns about the solution provided, you can reopen the PMR within 28 days via the IBM Service Request portal, by calling your local support center or simply by replying to one of the PMR's previous email communications.
