"This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface ... 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)" errors when click 'X' button caused by Excel not trusting the Controller add-in certificate

Troubleshooting

Problem

User launches the 'main' Controller client. User clicks the 'X' (Controller Link) button. An error appears.

In addition, if the user clicks "Company - Data Entry - Reported Values", the 'parameters' screen appears. The user types in all the parameters, but the 'open' button remains grey (gray / inactive). Therefore the user cannot open a data entry form.
