Abstract
To respond to the many customer inquiries for status regarding OpenSSL CVE-2022-3602, we are notifying you that IBM Tivoli Netcool products are not impacted by this vulnerability, as they do not ship the vulnerable version of OpenSSL.

There are no Netcool components impacted by these vulnerabilities. Namely, these include:
- IBM Tivoli Netcool/Impact
- IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus Core
- IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus WebGUI
- IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus WebGUI Dashboard Application Services Hub
- IBM WebSphere Application Server
None of the above Netcool components ship the vulnerable version of OpenSSL.
