Description |

1. |
Help links point to the OpenPages 8.0 Knowledge Center Workaround: From within Knowledge Center, select the OpenPages with Watson 8.1 version |
2. |
Task Focused UI Grid view: Adding a new advanced filter after a filter has been applied does not take effect immediately
Workaround: Run a different filter and then rerun the newly added filter.
3. |
Task Focused UI View Designer: If an actor field with the "user dropdown" display type, is also the controlling field in a field dependency rule, you cannot select a value in the Controlling field flyover
Workaround: Change the display type of the actor field to something other than "user dropdown"
4. |
Standard UI: Attempting to copy an object with the Resolve naming conflicts option = "Overwrite the existing values with the copied values" when the object already exists and is also part of a GRC workflow causes an error, preventing the copy. Workaround: Use the Resolve naming conflicts option '"Create new object whose name is prefixed with 'Copy of'" |
5. |
Task Focused UI Workflow: Error occurs at run-time using the System Field: Comment in an action operation Workaround: Avoid using the System:Comment field in an action operation. Instead use an alternative such as the System Workflow Fields: Action Comment field. |
6. |
Task Focused UI Workflow: Filtering for target objects based on the workflow fields Assignees, Subscribers, and Oversight users currently does not support the "equals" operator.
Workaround: Use the 'in' operator" instead of "equals"
7. |
Standard UI: If the display type of an actor field is changed (e.g. from user selector to mult-valued user/group selector) then filters [Public or Private] that were created prior to the display type change and that include this actor field may not produce the expected results. Workaround: Re-save the filter after the display type change and the filter will return the expected results |
8. |
Task Focused UI Chrome Browser only: If there is a multi-value user/group selector on a field, and you edit the field and click on the icon (minus sign inside a circle) "click to remove this user", the user is not removed. This problem is intermittent.
Workaround: Double-click the user and it will be removed, or use Internet Explorer or Safari
9. |
Task Focused UI: Computed fields don't display even when the same computed field displays correctly in the standard UI Workaround: Review the logic and data for the computed fields. If for example, the computed field is on a child object and there are multiple instances of child objects, then rewrite the computed field logic to avoid multiple results |
10. |
Task Focused UI: In GRC workflows if the action status value is empty, in some non-English locales this value can incorrectly appear to have a value.
