Troubleshooting
Problem
When launching the OpenPages OPBackup utility, it is failing with an "EXP-00003: no storage definition found for segment" message
Symptom
The OPBackup utility is failing. It is not exporting the openpages.dmp and opworkflow.dmp files. The OPBackup log has several "EXP-00003: no storage definition found for segment" error messages.

Resolving The Problem
Make sure the database and the oracle client are at the same version. In the above example, the oracle client is at 9.2.0.4 while the oracle database is at 9.2.0.6.
