Opening a module crashes Rational DOORS client with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Problem

Attempts to open the specific module in IBM Rational DOORS client results in a crash with EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error.

Symptom

A particular module may not contain many objects or OLEs, however, opening it often crashes the Rational DOORS client.
