This technote identifies an issue that can occur where starting IBM Rational ClearCase (CC) Help or the Tutorial from within the ClearCase Homebase does not work. No error message appears and nothing happens.

Symptom

Clicking ClearCase Help or Tutorial from within ClearCase Homebase does not work. There is no error reported, and nothing else happens.
