Problem
You may receive an OP-ERR-0181 error when referencing a tuple after an IBM PowerCube is rebuilt.
Symptom
You may see an error similar to the following:
OP-ERR-0181 - At least one invalid member reference was encountered in the query. '[Product_Package].[Product Category].[Product Category].[Group]->:[PC].[@MEMBER].[Regional Market~14]'
